Terms of Service

Effective Date: February 18, 2025

Welcome to Purrplepaw's Art Studio! By commissioning me, you agree to abide by the following Terms of Service (ToS). Failure to comply may result in consequences ranging from blacklisting to legal action, depending on the severity of the violation. Please read carefully before proceeding.

1. Creative Freedom & Commission Requests

I prefer full creative freedom on all commissions to bring my artistic vision to life.

If you have a specific request (e.g., pose, expression, or details), please include it in the "Additional Notes" section of your commission form. I’ll do my best to accommodate within reason.

2. Payment Terms

Non-Refundable: All payments are non-refundable unless I am unable to complete your commission.

Partial Completion: If you cancel your commission after I’ve begun, you’re responsible for the time I’ve invested. For example, if I’m halfway through, you’ll owe for that portion of the work.

Sales Tax: A 6% sales tax, based on my location, will be added to all invoices.

Payment Timing: Work begins only after the invoice is paid in full.

Accepted Methods: Payments are accepted via PayPal, CashApp, or GoDaddy Payments.

3. Pricing & Complexity

All listed prices are per character and reflect base designs.

Complex designs (e.g., wings, extra appendages, props, detailed outfits) may incur additional fees. If you’re unsure whether your character qualifies, contact me with details for a personalized quote.

4. Edits & Revisions

Minor Edits: Small adjustments (e.g., color tweaks) are free.

Major Edits: If significant changes are needed due to missing or unclear information in your commission form, a fee starting at $10+ per edit will apply. To avoid this, please provide clear references and details upfront.

5. Progress Updates

For commissions outside of streams, you can track progress on my Artistree page. I’ll also send updates via Discord or email, based on your preference.

6. Delivery & Usage Rights

Files Provided: You’ll receive two versions of your artwork: a full-size file and a smaller, upload-friendly file. Please use the smaller version for posting online to reduce the risk of theft.

Reposting: You may repost the artwork provided you:

Credit me by linking back to my account.

Keep my signature/watermark intact.

Prohibited Actions: Do not remove my signature/watermark or alter the artwork in any way.

7. Art AI Policy

Uploading any commissioned or non-commissioned artwork from Purrplepaw's Art Studio to any art-generating algorithm ("Art AI") is strictly prohibited without my explicit written permission.

Violators will be permanently blacklisted from my services and added to a public blacklist.

8. Content Restrictions

I will not draw:

Cubs or underage characters

Scat

Intense vore

Rape

Mutilation

Incest

Pokémon

My Little Pony (MLP)

Most canon characters (ask if unsure)

If you’re uncertain about a request, feel free to ask before commissioning!

9. Consequences of Non-Compliance

Failure to follow this ToS may result in:

Blacklisting from future commissions.

Legal action, if necessary (e.g., copyright infringement or misuse of artwork).
